SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the consuruction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter.
SK-126 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the
south side of Seventy-seventh (77th) Street
from a point at or near one hundred twelve
and one-half (112 1/2) feet westerly of
Dickens Avenue to Collins Avenue.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on
plats recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) at
Page Forty-one (41) and Plat Book Thirty-
one (31) at Page Forty (40) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Seventy-seventri (77th) Street and
Dickens Avenue are named and designated in
City of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 23'e.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and. Specifications 'of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the exoenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and prover in conducting the proceedings and work
herein orovided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-126, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-126.
