BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 6564, passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on April 21, 1948, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, A. D. 1948.
