A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.

IMPROVEMENTS SR-468 AND 1:11- E
DISTRICT S
SR-469 SR48 AND SR-469
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer IMPROVEMENT S SR-468 and
SR-469 Districts SR-468 and SR-469
hake been completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. on June 2nd A. D. ,
1943 at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
