BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 6583,
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on May 19, 1948 , be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
