A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS. •
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-298 AND H-299 DISTRICTS
H-298 AND H-299
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-298 and
H-299, Districts H-298 and H-299,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the ,City Clork
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on July 7, A. D. ,
1948, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
br affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16thday of June,
A. D. 1948.
