BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , July 7,
, A. D. 19 1+8 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND. ADOPTED this 7th, day of July,
A. D. 1948.
