Resolution 6602 RESOLUTION N0. 6602
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of
the regulations and restrictions established and contained
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a Part thereof, so as to include in "BAA" Business
District, as said district is set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, the following described land situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 4 to 13 , inclusive, Block 54,
Lots 3 to 9, inclusive, Block 55,
ORCHARD SUBDIVISION NOS. 2 and 3 ,
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 116, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; Lots 1 to 18, inclusive,
Block 4, Lots 1 to 14, inclusive,
Block 11, Orchard Subdivision Po. 4,
as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 25
at page 30, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; Lots 33 to 38, in-
clusive, Block 2, Nursery Subdivision,
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 23 ,
at page 66, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; All of Lot 19, Block
8, First Addition to Mid-Golf, according
to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
7, at page 161, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, except that portion
thereof now a public street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R SOLV ID by the City Council of the
City of Miani Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 4th day of August, A. D. 1948
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said. amendment.
B3 IT FURTHER RESOLV1D that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Evening Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City of Miami Beach in conformity
with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
