Resolution 6604 RESOLUTION NO. 66o4
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5585, heretofore passed and
adopted, a special fund was created to be used solely for the
purpose of purchasing tax sale certificates on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, annually, at said City' s sales for
delinquent City taxes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to the best interest
of the City to augment said special fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that there shall be put into
said special fund all of the unused reserves set aside for
"uncollected taxes" in the budget for the current fiscal year.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, A. D. l948,
