Resolution 6605 RESOLUTION NO. 66o5 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-470 SH-470 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; tie City Council hereby settling forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Cnarter: SR-470 The laying underground of an eighteen ( 18) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the northerly curb line of Eighty-first (81st) Street from a point at or near the cenl,erline of Hawthorne Avenue to a point approximately one hundred (100) feet westerly. The laying underground of a fifteen (15) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manhles and appurtenances. At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-first (81st) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-second (82nd) Street. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each sixty (60) feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improvement; The laying underground of a twelve (12) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-second (82nd) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-third (83rd)' Street. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each sixty (60) feet of abutting property as part of the main improve- ment. The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-third (83rd) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty- fourth (84th) Street; Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each eighty (80) feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improvement. The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-fourth (84th) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-sixth (86th) Street; At or near the easterly curb line of Crespi Boulevard from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-third (83rd) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-fourth (84th) Street. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of the main improve- ment. As said Streets, Avenue, and Boulevard are shown on plats recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (14) , Page Thirty- five (35) , Plat Book Twenty-six (26) , Page Sixty-three (63) , Plat Book Forty-four (44) , Page Sixty-seven (67), Plat Book Forty-six (46) , Page Thirty-nine (39 ), and Plat Book Forty-seven (47) , Page one hundred three (103) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Hawthorne Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the Proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-470, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-470.
