BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. IvM. , September
1st , A. D. 19 48 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been pry .ented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same arehereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September
