SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-476 DISTRICT SR-1+76
WHEREAS, the City Council, by rese.i.ution passed and
adopted on the 18th day of August, 1948, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-476
District SR-476 , and, the City Engineer has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
such improvmen and en estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication
as recuired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 1st day of September, 1948
at the City Hall in said City at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment SR-1+76 , District SR-476 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 618.20 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City Forces without contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, A.D,
1948 .
