RESOLUTION NO. 6, ,,..
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-477 AND SR-478 DISTRICTS SR-477 AND SR-478
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of September , 1948 9 the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-+?7
and SR-478, Districts SR-477 and SR-478
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-•
•
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 15thday of September
, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said i7iprovements .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, A. D.
