SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter .
SK-129 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the north
and south sides of Marseille Drive from a point
at or near the easterly line of Verdun Drive to
a point at or near the westerly line of Rue
Granville.
As said Marseille Drive , Verdun Drive , and Rue
Granville are shown on plat recorded in Plat
Book Forty (40) , Page Thirty-three (33 ) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of saia improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during
construction , legal services , abstracts , etc . , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds , as Sidewalk Improvement SK-129 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SK-129.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF September, A.D.1943.
