Resolution 6663 RESOLUTION NO. 6663
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificatesof the
Inspectors and Clerk who conducted the Primary Election held on
September 14, 1948, and the Election held on October 12, 1948,
for the purpose of electing a Trustee from Group 3 of the
Employees Retirement System of the City of Miami Beach, in
accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 6636, as passed
and adopted by the City Council on September 1, 1948 , and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificates,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as the result
of said Election held on October 12, 1948 , and do hereby declare
the Trustee from Group 3 elected to the Board of Trustees of
the Employees Retirement System to be FRANK HOBAN.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, A. D. 1948,
