HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-320 H-320
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU•TCIL OF TH CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-320 Forty-first (41st) Street from Sheridan Avenue
to Pine Tree Drive, to be paved, and where
heretofore paved to be repaved to a width
of seventy (70) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base .
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on
both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Street, Avenue and Drive are shown
on plats recorded in Plat Book Twenty-five (r5 )
Page Thirty ( 30) and Plat Book Fight (8) , Page
One hundred sixteen (116) of the Puolic
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and puolication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-=320, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-320.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF October, A.D.1948.
