HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS
H-320 AND H-321 DISTRICTS H-320 AND H-321
WHEREAS, on the 20thday of October 1948 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Highway Improvements H-320 and H-321,
Districts H-320 and H-321

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates cf the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 3rd day of November,
1948, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said i ,iprovements.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, A. D .
1948.
