RESOLUTION NO. 6686
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
H-319 & H-322 H-319 & H-322
WHEREAS, on the 17 day of November, 1948 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as H ighway Improvement H-3191 District
H-319, Highway Improvement H-322, District H-322
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, includin-, estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City F;ngineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 1st day of December
1948 , at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvements.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of November A. D.
1948 .
