Resolution 6687 RESOLUTION NO. 6687
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and
restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" ,
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance so as to permit bakeries, where baking
is done on the premises and the products sold at retail on the premises,
in PBB" Business Districts, and so as to permit wholesale bakeries in
"BC" Business Districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 17thday of December, A. D. 1948, at 10:00
o'clock A. Vii. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the Miami
Beach Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of
Miami Beach, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said
City.
