SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTFICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter.
SK-123 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the west
side of Pine Tree Drive from a point at or
near one hundred (100) feet north of the
northerly line of West Thirty-seventh (37th) Street
to a point at or near the southerly line of West
'ortie th (40th) Street.
As said Pine Tree Drive, Thirty-seventh Street
and Fortieth Street are shown on the Plat of
Orchard Subdivisions No. 2 and 3, recorded in
Plat Book Eight (8) , Page One Hundred Sixteen
(116) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
prover in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-123, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District 3K-123.
