SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-123 DISTRICT SK-123
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of October, 1947 , the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-123, District SK-123, and direct-
ed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses , and the said plans and
specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
F THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be published at least
once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami
Beach a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of
Miami Beach on the 5th day of November, 1947, at 10:00 A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons interested
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October, A. D. 1947.
