Resolution 6412 RESOLUTION NO. 6412
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, to construct an auditorium in the near future,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it advisable to employ L. Murray Dixon, Henry
Hohauser and Russell T. Pancoast and Associates, as Architects,
in connection with said construction, and
WHEREAS, the contract of employment has been prepared
and submitted to the City Council and the City Council is familiar
with the terms and provisions thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby directed and authorized to execute said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
