RESOLUTION NO. 6411.
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-123 DISTRICT SK-123
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolutionassed and
adopted on the 15th day of October, 1947, ordered
the Sidewalk Improvement SK-123 ,
District SK-123 , and the •City Engineer has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
such improvmert and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication
as recuired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 5th day of November, 19+7 ,
at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THE1=4EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk Improve-
ment SK-123 , District SK-123 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 1045.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City Forces without contract.
