BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, that Resolution No. 6417, adopted on November 5th,
1947, accepting the offer of Orange State Oil Company to sell to
the City certain property on terms therein set forth, au';horizing
and directing the closing of the transact! on and the execution of
certain instruments required to consummate the same, be and it is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, A. D. 1947.
