Resolution 6430 RESOLUTION NO. 6430 WHEREAS? the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: To amend saidordinance and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to create a new area district to be known as Area District No. 40, the reuirements within which shall be as follows: "DISTRICT NO. 40: There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than one hundred and eleven (111) feet when measured from the bulkhead line as described and established by Ordinance No. 766 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than ten (10) feet when measured from the street line. There shall be a side yard having a width of not less than five (5) feet on either side of a building." AND, to amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto andmade a part thereof, so as to include in Area District No. 40 as said Area District is set forth and described therein, the fol- lowing described lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit: "Tract 1 of The Bath Club Property, according to nlat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, at page 14 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; AND ALSO Lots 21-B, 21-C, 21-D, 21-E, 21-F 21-G, 21-H, 21-I , 21-J, 21-K, 21-f, 21-M, 21-N, 21-0, 21-P, 21-Q, 21-R and Lots 22 to 43, inclusive, all in lock One (1) of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according to amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28, of the Public Records County,rds of Dade Florida. NOW, THEiEFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be andis here- by called to be held on the 7th - day of January, A. D. 1948, at 10:00 o' clock A. E. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days= notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the Even- ing Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
