A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT . .

IMPROVEMENT H-303 DISTRICT H-303
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-303,
District H-303 ,
has been completed and acceptance of said improvement
• recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on January 21, A. D. ,
1948, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvement as to the aeceptanoe

thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th day of January,
A. D. 1948.
