OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-303 DISTRICT H-303
'F'd .2., preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Mi^.mi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter ;;hat a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10200 o' clock A M. , on January 211 A. D. 1948 , ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file -
written objections to the confirmation 6f said roll .
