BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Thl; CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
charter:
SR-468 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary man-
holes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley east
of Lenox Avenue from a point at or near the
northerly line of Lot 22 , Block 93, Ocean
Beach Addition No. 3, to a point at or near
the northerly lot line of Lot 24, Block 93 ,
Ocean Beach Addition. No. 3.
Together with a six (6 ) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property, as part
of the main improvement.
As said Avenue , alley, lots , block and subdi-
vision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book 2 at Page 81, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida , and as said Avenue is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an es-
timate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings , the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work heroin provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-468, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-468.
