HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter :
H-313 Pine Tree Drive from Dade Boulevard to
Twenty-sixth (26th) Street to be paved,
and where heretofore paved, to be repaved
with two (2 ) twenty-eight (28) foot pave-
ments with a sixteen (16) foot central
park consisting of a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base .
Together with necessary drainage , sewer
inlets , manholes and catch basins , and
improved on both sides with a concrete
curb and gutter.
As said Pine Tree Drive , Dade Boulevard,
and Twenty-sixth (26th) Street are shown
on Flats recorded in Plat Book Twenty-six
(26) , Page Thirteen (13) , Plat book Thirty-
four (34) , Page Sixty-eight (68) , and Plat
Book Thirty-eight (38) , Page Sixty-one of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superinten-
dence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction , legal ser-
vices , abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conductin ; the proceedinc*s and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds asiiighway Improvement H-313, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-313.
