HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-315 H-315
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-315 Abbott Avenue from Seventy-first (71st)
Street to Seventy-third (73rd) Street;
Harding Avenue from Seventy-third (73rd)
Street to Seventy-fifth (75th) Street to
be paved, and where heretofore paved to
be repaved to a width of forty-nine (49)
feet with a bituminous wearing surface on
a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on
both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on
plats recorded in Plat Book Twenty-one (21) ,
Page Fifty-four (54) , and Plat Book Thirty-four
(34) , Page Four (4) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Abbott Avenue
is described in Permit from the United States
Government recorded in Deed Book Two Thousand
Seventy-one (2071) , Pace Two Hundred Fifty-eight
(258) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Avenues and Streets are
named and designated in City of Miami Beach
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-315, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-315.
