WHITE WAY IMPROVEMENTS WW-20, WW-22, DISTRICTS WW-20, WW-22, WW-23,
WW-23, WW-24, WW-25, WW-26, WW-27, WW-24, WW-25, WW-26, WW-27,
WW-28, WW-29, WW-30, WW-31, WW-32, WW-28, WW-29, WW-30, WW-31,
WW-33, WW-34, WW-35, WW-36 AND WW-32, WW-33, WW-34, WW-35,
WW-37 WW-36 AND WW-37
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of January, 1948, the City Council passed
and adopted resolutions ordering the improvements designated as White
Way Improvements WW-20, WW-22, WW-23, WW-24, WW-25, WW-26, WW-27, WW-28,
WW-29, WW-30, WW-31, WW-32, WW-33, WW-34, WW-35, WW-36 and WW-37;
Districts WW-20, WW-22, WW-23, WW-24, WW-25, WW-26, WW-27, WW-28, WW-29,
WW-30, WW-31, WW-32, WW-33, WW-34, WW-35, WW-36 and WW-37, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such
improvements and estimates of the cost thereof, including estimates of
the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mates of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be published at least once
in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami Beach a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 21st
day of January, 1948, at 10:00 A. M. , the 'City Council will hear the
objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolu-
tion ordering said improvement.
