BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF T: IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. ,, January
21 , A. D. 1}+8, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
cc completed, be and the same 14 hereby accepted.
