BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock -A. M. , January 5,
, A. D. 1949, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented., said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same axe hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th, day of January,
