BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF 1:"IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been g i�-en•, 6s required by the
Charter of said City, that at meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. , January
5 , A. D. 1949, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovements as to the acceptaneo thereof, and
no objections having been presented., said improvements ,
a.s completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
