Bt IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Ci TY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvernent is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to ?roceed. under Sections ?9 and 30 of the City
Charter:
T1-46 Both sides of Alton Road from Fifteenth (15th)
Street to Collins Canal.
To be improved -ith a whiteway lighting system
of ornamental oosts andlamps at approximately
one hundred twenty-five (125) feet apart on each
side with underground connections for lighting.
As said Alton Road, Fifteenth (15th) Street
and Collins Canal are shown on plats recorded
in Plat Book Six ( 6) , Pages Five (5 ) and Thirty
(30) of the Puolic Records of Jade County,
Florida..
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City C1erk,Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, includingtan estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
ficntions and estimates, the -;ranting and. -oublication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be desipmated in all proceedings assessments
and bonds as Whiteway Improvement WW-46, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District TI-46.
