A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENT . •
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-128 DISTRICT SK-128
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-128,
District SK-128 ,
has been completed and acceptance of said improvement
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given an accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on March 2, A. D. ,
1949, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16thday of February,
A. D. 1949.
