BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , March 2,
, A. D. 19 49,it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
iF nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same 1.4 hereby accepted.
