SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEM1ENT DISTRICT
SR-484 SR-48L.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-484 The laying underground of an eicht (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Seventy-ninth
(79th) Terrace from a point at or near the
westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue to
a point at or near the easterly curb line
of Crespi Boulevard.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line
of each fifty (50) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Terrace, Avenue and Boulevard are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-four 01)1 )
Page Sixty-seven (67) of the public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estim._le of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-!1..84, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-!1..8)1...
