Resolution 6841 RESOLUTION NO. 6841
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
by Resolution No. 6677, passed and adopted on the 3rd day of
November, A.D. 1948 , ordered the construction of Sidewalk Improve-
ment SK-130, and
WHEREAS, said improvement has been abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolution No. 6677, passed
and adopted on November 3, 1948 , ordering said Sidewalk Improvement
SK-130, be and the same is hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, A. D. 1949.
