SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to (bequest for Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -153 -JC, for
Wide Area Network ("WAN") and In ernet Connectivity Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -153 -JC, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm to
provide the City with wide area network ("WAN") and internet connectivity services.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on Friday, June 29, 2018. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee, in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFP.
am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Steve Feldman, Lieutenant, Technical Operations Unit, Police Department, City of Miami
Beach
• Lazaro Guerra, Communications Manager, Fire Department, City of Miami Beach
• Nestor Navarro, GIS Manager, Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach
• Frank Quintana, IT Support Division Director, Information Technology Department, City of
Miami Beach
• Ana Zecchini, IT Applications Division Director, Information Technology Department, City
of Miami Beach
am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Monica Beltran, Assistant Director, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Tony Loperfido, Sergeant, Technical Operations Unit, Police Department, City of Miami
Beach
• Steven Pedroso, Dispatcher, Fire Department, City of Miami Beach
