Dear Landlord:
• The City Council of Miami Beach has requested that both
landlords and tenants be apprised of their basic rights under
the Miami Beach Rent Stabilization Law. To bring this informa-
tion to the attention of landlords and tenants, we have
enclosed two notices, one summarizing the rights and obliga-
tions of the landlord and the other summarizing the rights of
the tenants.
We are sure that the information will be useful to everyone
and request that the notices be posted in a prominent place in
the building, such as next to the mailboxes.
