WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WW-84 WW-84
BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITv COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
WW-84 Both sides of Sixty-Seventh ( 67th) Street
from Collins Avenue to Harding Avenue
To be improved with a whiteway lighting system
of ornamental posts and lamps at approximately
one hundred fifty (150) feet apart on each side
with underground connections for lighting.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on plat
recorded in Plat nook Twenty-eight (28) Page
Twenty-eight (28) of the Public-Records of
Dade County, Florida and as said Harding Avenue
is named and designated in City of Miami Beach
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and sunerintencence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Whiteway Improvement WW-84, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost there-
of shall be designated as District WW-84.
