SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-486 DISTRICT SR-486
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, A. D. 1949 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-486,
District SR-486,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including anestimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gi ty Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 18thday of May,
1949 , at 10: 00 A. M. , the City Counc4 will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of May, A. D .
