SIDEWALK IM.eROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the west
side of Harding Avenue from a point at or near
the southerly line of Seventy-first (71st)
Street to a point at or near the southerly lot
line of Lot Eight (8) , block F, Corrected Ylat
of Atlantic heights.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on plats recorded in Ylat Book Nine
(9) , rage Fourteen (14) and Mat Book Twenty-one
(21) , rage Fifty-four (54) of the rublic Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Seventy-first
( 71st) Street and Harding Avenue are named and
designated in City of iviiami Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed toAprepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as sidewalk Improvement Sri-132, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-132.
