BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLOR IDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-133 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the
south side of Sixty-ninth (69th) Street
from a point at or near the easterly line
of Indian Creek Drive to a point at or near
one hundred fifty (150) feet easterly of
the easterly line of Collins Avenue.
As said Street, Drive and Avenue are shown
on Corrected Plat of Atlantic Heights recorded
in Plat Book Nine (9) , Page Fourteen (14)
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Sixty-ninth (b9th) Street is named
and designated in City of Miami Beach Ordinance
No. 232, and as said Indian Creek Drive is
named and designated in City of Miami Beach
Ordinance No, 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-133, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-133.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF May, A.D.194.9.
