BE IT RESOLVED Bi THE CITY COUJCIL OF THE CITY OF ivilAr I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
Sh-134 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on both
sides of Normandy Drive from a point at or
near the westerly line of Lot Twenty-one
(21) , Block Nine (9) , Ocean. Side Section
of the isle of Normandy, as shown on ?age b0,
Plat Book 25 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida on the North, and from a
point at or near the easterly line of Lot
23, Block 10, Second Revised Plat of Por tions
of Ocean side Section and Trouville Section
of Isle of .Normandy, as shown on rage 35,
Plat Book 40 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida on the south to a point at
or near the easterly line of .Trouville Esplanade.
As said Normandy Drive and Trouville Esplanade
are shown on Plats recorded in Flat Book
Twenty-five (25) , rage Sixty (b0) and flat Book
Forty (40) , rage Thirty-five (35) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
Normandy Drive is named and designated in City
of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 538.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-134, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cast thereof shall
be designated as District SK-134.
