RESOLUTION NO. 6924
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SK-132,
SK-132, SK-133 AND SK-134 SK-133 AND SK-134
WHEREAS, on the l8thday of May, 1949 9 the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Sidewalk Improvements SK-132, SK-133
and SK-134, Districts SK-132, SK-133 and SK-134,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates cf the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk-
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the pity Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 1st day of June ,
1949, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Counct,l will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, A. D.
