BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at e meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 otclock A. M . , June 1,
, A. D. 1949, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same IA hereby accepted.
