Resolution 7101 RESOLUTION N O. 7101
WHEREAS, Frank Alter of Miami Beach, Florida,
was the successful bidder for the "Golf Driving Range Con-
cession" in accordance with the terms of those certain speci-
fications dated December 23, 1949, and
W:THEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has
been prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the
terms of the said agreement and deems it to be to the best in-
terest of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in the name of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, A. D.
1950.
