Resolution 7103 RESOLUTION NO. 7103 WHEREAS, the execution of certain agreements on behalf of the City of Miami Beach has been heretofore authorized by the City Council of said City by Resolution No. 7102 in connection with the widening of Indian Creek Drive and the acquisition by the City of deeds of dedication for the purpose of such widening, and WHEREAS, said agreements contemplate the acquisition by the City, at its expense, from the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, for the benefit of the upland owners, of areas of submerged land in Indian Creek, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to apply for deeds of conveyance from the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida to the several upland owners hereinafter named, conveying to said upland owners the several tracts of submerged lands also hereinafter described. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVPT) that ;the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to bid, for said several tracts of submerged lands , the sums set opposite each parcel as follows, to-wit: Name of upland owner Land to be purchased to consist of submerged land in Indian Creek in whose name and described in the several agreements hereinbefore referred to and lying for whose benefit westerly of the lots named below, all lying in Block 3 of Second Ocean submerged land is to be Front Subdivision, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, acquired page 28, Public Records of Dade County, Amount to Florida be bid Wolf Muller and Luzie H. Muller his wife, and Joseph Waldman 11 and 12 $155.00 A. Frank Katzentine and Ucola Katzentine, his wife, 13,14,15 and 16 $310.00 Leah Swede Steinfeldt 22 and 23 $155.00 Jordan H. Davidson 25 less the South 25 feet thereof $ 55.00 Norman Rauch and Lillian Rauch, his wife 26 and 27 $160.00 Sigmund Drucker 29 and 30 $170.00 F.B.R.
