Resolution 6954 RESOLUTION NO. 6954
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the time for the completion, by the City
Tax Assessor, of the assessment rolls of the City of Miami Beach,
be and the same is hereby extended to the first Monday in July,
1949, and the time of meeting for the purpose of reviewing and
equalizing the assessment be and the same is hereby extended to
the first Monday in July, 1949.
BE IT FURTH)�tt RESOLVED that on the first Monday in July,
1949, the said City Tax Assessor shall meet with the City Council
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , July 4th, 1949, for the purpose of hearing
complaints and receiving testimony as to the value of any property,
real or personal, as fixed by the City Tax Assessor, and for the
purpose of perfecting, reviewing and equalizing the assessment
and shall continue in session for that purpose from day to day
for one week, or as long as shall be necessary.
